Managing email anxiety is especially challenging for entrepreneurs when they’re taking a much-needed break. You might take some time off over the holidays to spend time with family, but mentally, you’re back at the office because you can see your emails piling up. Escaping the pressures of building and growing your business is nearly impossible when you don’t manage your inbox effectively.
While the idea of deleting your inbox is a welcome idea, I think most of us can agree that it may not be the best customer service measure. I don’t think my clients like knowing their emails get deleted simply because I’m trying to relax and recharge. Fortunately, we don’t have to take such drastic measures.
