“I sit here every day and think, how lucky am I? I never thought I would have such a beautiful kitchen,” she admits to viewers.

The couple then head back inside to check out Corcoran’s master bedroom and enviable shoe closet before the real estate mogul drops an unbelievable bombshell about how he rated the unit.

“I was working as a courier 26 years ago. I came in, I delivered a package, I saw the view from his door right there,” Corcoran explains, pointing to the front kitchen window. “And I told her if she ever sells this, ma’am, would she sell it to me? She called me 26 years later.”
