The rise of SaaS in India has been phenomenal. India’s SaaS ecosystem is forecast to be worth $50 billion by 2030according to a report by Bessemer Venture Partners.

The report also shows that India employs more than 62,000 people in the SaaS sector with select Indian companies even outnumbering their US counterparts.

According to Bain and Company, many factors are at play for the rally, such as high capital efficiency, Indian SaaS companies equipped with excellent ARR-funding ratios, and perfect timing in line with their global SaaS peers.
